We’re sure that you’re as relieved as we are to be saying goodbye to the winter and hello to spring! With this small peak of sunshine we’re pleased to be able to let you know that the long-awaited DC Site Services 2015 event calendar will soon be released!
As our long standing event staff already know, the release of the event calendar is just the first peak at our schedule for the year. As always our list of event jobs will grow and change over the course of the year.
We can’t give you an exact date for the release of our 2015 calendar yet, although we promise it won’t be long, we’re just finalising a few details…
The best way to get ready for the upcoming season is to polish up those profiles! We allocate staff on a first come first served basis although your profiles need to be complete to be amongst those considered. This includes making sure that all of your contact information is up to date, and that any files you have uploaded to your profiles are still current.
We’re currently working closely with our friends over at Hotbox Studios who provide us with our PAAM Event Management Software and we’ll soon be letting you know about some updates to your DCSS PAAM profiles and the deposit section of the DCSS Terms and Conditions, all with a view making DCSS PAAM profiles and the application process a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for all of our event staff. We’ll provide you with more information as these updates rollout.
