We hope everyone is well! We are in the midst of planning and strategizing for a festival season that at the moment, is slowly taking shape. Though admittedly, it’s a shape which will likely change multiple times over the next few months!
In the meantime, something you can do to prepare, is to log into your DCSS PAAM profile. If it’s been a while since you last logged in, you’ll find that you may be asked to change your password. This password will need to have upper case and lower-case characte read more...
We would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year! This past year was a difficult one to say the least, but we’re still here, and we’re still planning and preparing for a full festival season, whatever shape and form that may take.
Over the next few weeks an event schedule will appear on the website as “opening soon” which we fully expect to change and be updated throughout the season. Hang in there, stay safe, and hopefully we will be reunited in a muddy field somewhere soon! read more...

Please join us in wishing Summer Buckley a very happy Birthday! (Even if it is a day late). Not one to rest on her laurels, even on her birthday, Summer spent the day working at the Christmas at Wollaton Hall event in Nottingham yesterday. We hope you still managed to have a great day and enjoyed the twinkly lights.
If you are a local to Nottingham and would like to join the team, we have waste management shifts available from the 13th to 30th December. Should you wish to discuss a potential ap read more...
We would like to say a big thank you to all of the crew who joined us at the Concourse of Elegance earlier this month. DC Site Services provided the waste management for this special event, which showcases 300 of the finest and rarest cars from around the world in the beautiful setting of Hampton Court Palace.
Thank you, crew, and well done. read more...
We’re pleased to (finally) announce some upcoming work opportunities for September. We have the Turf Games, a hybrid event which closes the gap between competitive functional fitness and one dimensional events such as marathons to bring you a social event, centred around team-based workouts. (Don’t worry we’re just providing the waste management!) This takes place 19th – 20th September at Roslyn Park in London.
Around the same time (18th – 20th Sep), we have the Battle of Britain Air show. A sp read more...
For those of you who are DC veterans you will know Dick and Janet, two of DC Site Services’ Directors who were here from the very beginning and established the Company in 1993. Dick and Janet first became involved in the Events & Festival scene back in the 60s, which resulted in them joining Reading festival’s ‘training school’ and have since then, in one way or another been involved with this iconic festival.
This festival season will mark the first time in FOURTY SEVEN YEARS that they hav read more...
This is another one that stings a little bit. Leeds and Reading festival have been a staple of DC’s event calendar for many years. These sister festivals are usually the peak of the festival season, our fullest weekend over the August bank holiday.
This is usually when our managers are at their busiest, the office staff at their most engaged with phones permanently attached to their ears…so it feels odd to be in a strange limbo.
We’ll settle for reminiscing over lovely sunrises, a sea of tents read more...
Who was there with us last year at Ed Sheeran? From start to finish, DC Site Services was there to provide a full waste management service for an amazing gig which was sandwiched in between a series of other big festivals!
We remember the hill that felt like a mountain that was thoroughly picked. Muddy boots. A LOT of hay and bins and one big stage. A few of our crew were even lucky enough to get a wave from Mr. Sheeran himself during the build.
Thank you to everyone who’ve emailed in to sha read more...
