Like most employers, DC Site Services has been waiting on today’s Autumn budget announcement in order to accurately shape the year ahead. As per the last few years, we are committed to paying our crew 50p per hour above the minimum wage. As such, the 2026 crew rate will be £13.21 + £1.59 holiday pay which is a total of £14.80 per hour. Team leaders will receive a slightly larger increase at £14.31 + £1.73 holiday pay which comes to £16.04 per hour. Now the work really begins for the 2026 festival season!
