It’s that time of year again when we reflect on the season just passed, thinking about how we can improve on our services as we head into the next season. Here is a breakdown all the responses we received from our staff surveys in 2018.
As you can see, the chart hyperlinked highlights a few areas where we need to improve, mainly with regards to on-site welfare & facilities, pre-event information, and our social media presence. Over the course of the next few months we will be analysing the feedback you have provided us with so that we can come up with comprehensive solutions to the issues raised.
