Come April 2027, our pay structure will be updated in-line with the recently announced increase to the national minimum wage. We will continue to pay 50p an hour above minimum wage for crew, with an additional 10p increase for Team Leaders (a 60p increase).
You will be looking at the following:
Crew pay: £13.71 per hour + £1.65 holiday = £15.36 per hour.
Team Leader Pay: £14.91 per hour + £1.80 holiday pay = £16.71 per hour.
