It has come to our attention that some of our event staff are getting a little confused when we have multiple teams at an event; unsure of which info they should be downloading from DCSS PAAM.
To make this clearer we've changed the way we're naming and displaying event info in DCSS PAAM. The team you have been allocated to at the event will now be displayed in large text in a green field at the top of the 'Event Info' page. As all of our event staff should now be aware, DC Site Services has agreed a smaller contract than originally planned with the 2013 Reading Festival. It is sometimes the nature of live events that plans are changed at short notice; meaning our staff levels need to be increased or reduced at the last minute.
Both the Reading and Leeds Festival are annual music festivals which run simultaneously and DC Site Services has longstanding contracts with both festivals.
