New Operational Hours!

Here at DC Site Services we are making every effort to continue on as normal under these extremely difficult conditions. In an effort to do this we are walking the line between “business as usual!” and trying to adapt to the new circumstances we are faced with.

You will still be able to reach us through  the usual avenues, there will still be a friendly voice at the end of the line and someone to answer your emails, but our opening hours have been reduced from a standard 9am>5pm to 10am>4pm for the time being. Should you call before 10am or after 4pm, you will still be able to leave a voicemail or reach the emergency out of office number.

We will keep you informed of any further updates and changes of how we’ll be operating as we navigate our way through this crisis, but in the meantime, stay home, keep safe and we’ll see you soon.

DC Site Services were appointed to manage the running of the public car park for the Aegon Open Nottingham, international tennis event. Due to the nature of the event, most vehicles arrive and depart within a short window of time at the start and end of each day’s play. DC Site Services ran a smooth operation, with their knowledge and expertise in this area and were effective in managing the vehicle flow as well as the wear and tear of the field on which the cars were parking, to ensure the delivery on day 1 was as good as the delivery on day 9.  This improvement was also recognised by our customers who referenced this specifically when asked in a survey how the event had improved compared with previous years, quoting “parking was easier”, “there were no queues to park this year”, “parking was more organised”, “car park problems from last year sorted”.
