Your DCSS PAAM Applications!

Posted on Friday, March 6, 2020

It’s the first week of March which means we’ve finally begun to allocate you into teams for the Events & Festivals you’ve applied for! When assigned, you’ll receive an email which will explain when to expect contact from the office team regarding an attendance check, and how to access the information pack (within the “Event Info” section) for your event. This pack will cover all information you will need to attend.

If you have not yet received this email, it could be that you’ve missed an email or phone call from the office asking you to update your DCSS PAAM profile with some vital information which is holding up the approval process (such as your profile picture). Give your spam box a check, or, if you’d like to check on the status of your applications simply contact the office and an administrator will be happy to talk this over with you.

Any other queries you might have may quite likely already be answered in our handy FAQs, however, if your query isn’t covered on our website, we’d love to hear from you. Your question may just make an appearance on the FAQs!

I just wanted to send out a big thank you to you and your team for all the work you and the team put into helping make the traffic and transport operation work so well this year.

As it was a pleasure having DC site services as part of our team. I think the GFEL team of contractors is the envy of a lot of events in the way we all support each other and it was noted by some observers that stated the following :-

"simply put, GFEL’s off-site traffic management plan was delivered and managed in a totally consistent and defensible manner that sought to promote good practice, collaboration and road safety to the benefit of all road users."

The DC are big part of that delivery and should take some of the credit for that delivery.
