Results of the 2019 Client Surveys!

Posted on Friday, March 6, 2020

In December we released the 2019 client surveys which a good number of your kindly took the time to complete. We’d now like to share those results with you, and the changes we intend to make following this feedback.

An overall summary can be viewed here; however we’d like to touch on a few responses in detail!

While we were aware that most of those who completed this survey were existing clients, we were still interested to note that 10% found DC Site Services through an online search, and another 10% saw us while working at another show.

And while 40% of you said that you would consider DC for other services we provide, we were especially pleased to find that 80% of responses found that the services we provided met expectations and that a satisfying 100% of all surveys stated that you would use our services again and would also recommend DC Site Services to others!

The most helpful part of the surveys however are undoubtedly the comments you provide. One of the most useful pieces of feedback we received this year was a request for the same team leaders to work an event’s tour, as we do recognise the value of experience. With this in mind, we will be looking more closely at the groups of people we send into jobs and their past experience!

Thank you to everyone who took part in the surveys, and we’d once again like to congratulate the winners of the client survey hamper!

Here are just a few of our favourite comments received…

“The work that Ed did with me in advance on the bin spec for Kew the Music was above and beyond, the attention to detail on that show is higher than you would expect, and nothing was ever too much.”

– Chrissie Gilbert, Kew the Music

“Easy to read and understand the quotes.”

– Madeleine Marston, H Power

“I found Dan Sheard to be really helpful, enthusiastic and responsive for Standon Calling.”

– Clare, We Organise Chaos

“Always contactable, professional, keen to help with a joyful attitude.”

– Sean Mcloughlin, Metal Culture

I wanted to send a personal message of thanks to you and your team for all their hard work in assisting with the delivery of the broadcast recording at Whitby Abbey.

From my perspective, I tried incredibly hard to impress on everyone involved in the production just how important it was to ‘leave no trace’ and I have been thrilled to hear the feedback that has suggested we were largely successful in that quest.  The way the venue was kept spotless and ‘sanitised’ is a credit to you and your on-site colleagues – so well done.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with DC Site Services again and both Frankie and I look forward to doing so again in the future.
