Hello, I think its normally 4 weeks or so. To get a definate anwser i would advise sending a message via the 'email us' page. Response times can vary due to staff being on site with no access to emails. With regards to Reading PAAM is showing that this event is now full it may be the case that people drop out or more staff are needed however Reading is a very popular event and places will always be in demand.
